Fervor Films ("Fervor Films," "we," "us") is a marketing agency based in Phoenix, Arizona, working with businesses across the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through fervorfilms.com and when you work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Client portal. If you are a client and sign in to our portal, we collect the account details needed to sign you in, such as your name, email address and the basic profile information your Google account shares at sign-in.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when, so we can keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
Our public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The client portal uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
How we use information

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security commitments, including our scheduling provider (for booking calls), our website host, our database and sign-in providers (for the client portal), and email tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Information we handle for our clients
When we run marketing or lead follow-up for a client, such as answering comments and messages or texting back missed calls, we may process information about that client's customers on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them. In those cases the client's own privacy policy applies, and requests about that information should go to that business.
Social media
We publish content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. When you interact with us there, that platform's privacy policy governs how it handles your information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing team@fervorfilms.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
